Since we might be working together, it feels only fair to introduce myself. Think of this as the part where I wave hello across the picket fence and share a little about who I am, how I work, and why I love helping people put down roots here. No long speeches—just enough so you know there’s a real human (likely with an Alani in hand and a bit of sand from the beach still on my shoes) behind the real estate sign.
My Story
I’ve spent more than eight years in real estate, and for the past several years I’ve focused on helping buyers and sellers in southern Brevard County. Real estate has never been just a job to me—it’s a front-row seat to people starting new chapters, and I love playing a small part in that story.
My specialty is new construction and first-time buyers in the Palm Bay and Melbourne areas. Here’s the thing: most people only ever see the big regional or national builders, but that’s just the tip of the iceberg. There are over 30 local builders creating quality homes—often with more flexibility, attention to detail, and competitive pricing. They’re the kind of builders who treat clients like neighbors, and they often offer options you’ll never spot in a Google search. Over the years, I’ve built relationships with 40+ builders, so I can connect clients to those hidden gems that might otherwise go unnoticed. It’s one of the ways I set myself apart, and one of the parts of the job I enjoy most.
When I’m not helping buyers explore new builds, I’m guiding sellers through pricing, staging, and showcasing their homes to stand out in the market. Relocating families are another focus of mine—I enjoy helping them feel at home in Palm Bay or Melbourne long before the moving truck arrives.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy the lifestyle that comes with living on the Space Coast. Whether it’s dining at local restaurants or spending time by the water, I love the balance of good food, ocean breezes, and community that makes this area feel like home.
